Our Lady of the Court

When the world felt uncertain and our hearts longed for comfort, my mother Cherie in Fairfield, California, and I in Dubai, UAE, found our daily solace in calling each other to pray. Looking out at the statue of Mary in our backyard at 355 Rockhurst Court, we felt her presence and named her “Lady of the Court.” From that moment on, we shared this prayer with friends and strangers alike, carrying a small statue of Mary with us wherever we traveled—San Francisco, New Orleans, Ireland, Scotland, Bhutan, India, Central Asia, and beyond—in hopes that her blessings would accompany every journey.
